Walk-in showers, tub-to-shower rebuilds and primary baths, done by one crew from demo to the final pane of glass. The same crew builds kitchens and whole-home remodels.
The crew that tears it out is the crew that hangs the glass
Since 2015 our shop on Switzer Avenue has built showers and baths for homes across Lake Highlands, Richardson, Garland and Mesquite. Most of those houses went up in the 1960s and 70s. They have a small hall bath, a tub-shower combo with a sliding door, and a primary bath with a cramped stall and a closed-in vanity.
Those rooms are smaller than they need to be and tired in all the same ways. We open them up, rebuild the plumbing and the floor, set the tile and finish with clean, bright glass. One crew handles every stage, so nothing gets lost between trades.
Once the bathroom is done, people call us about the kitchen. Then the floors. Sometimes the whole house. We say yes to all of it, with the same crew and the same habits.
Showers and baths first. Then the kitchen, then the house.
Three jobs we do every week around Lake Highlands, each one by the same crew.
Shower & Bathroom Remodeling
Our main work. Walk-in showers that replace a worn-out stall, tub-to-shower rebuilds for hall baths, and primary baths taken back to the studs with a new layout, a bigger vanity and better light. We set the plumbing, the waterproofing, the tile and the glass ourselves, so the room is finished in one smooth run of work.
A ranch-house kitchen is often walled off from the den and short on counter. We open the wall, reroute the plumbing and wiring, and build a bright layout with a long run of cabinets, a working island and floors that carry into the next room. Same crew that builds the baths, same clear schedule.
When two or three rooms need work, it is smarter to do them in one plan. We rebuild the baths and kitchen, open up walls, lay new floors through the house and refresh lighting and trim. You get one schedule, one crew lead and one number to call from the first day to the last.
Most customers start with a bathroom. These are the bigger jobs we take on after, with the same people and the same schedule.
Room Additions & Second Stories
More room for a house that has outgrown its plan. A new primary suite off the back, a larger family room or a full second floor, matched to the existing roofline.
ADUs & Garage Conversions
A garage turned into a living suite, or a small backyard home with its own bath and kitchen, for family, guests or rental income.
Outdoor Living
Covered patios and porches with fans, lighting and a built-in cooking spot, made for long North Texas evenings.
Patios & Hardscape
Paver patios, walkways and retaining walls graded to drain, so the back yard works like one more room.
Windows & Doors
Whole-house window replacement and new entry, patio and interior doors, trimmed to match the rest of the remodel.
Exterior Remodeling
New siding, brick or stone accents, a rebuilt entry and fresh paint, so the front of the house matches the new rooms inside.
Custom Homes
Ground-up homes on your lot, with the bathrooms and kitchen planned by the crew that builds them every week.
Not sure it is on the list?
Describe the job on the phone and we will tell you straight whether it is ours.
A bathroom is a small space with a lot of trades packed into it. We keep them in order and tell you what comes next before it happens.
1
Walk the house
We visit, measure the room and check what is behind the walls. You get a plain explanation of what the layout allows and a written estimate.
2
Plan it on paper
A drawn layout, a fixture list and tile samples for you to approve. Nothing gets ordered until the plan is settled.
3
Demo to glass, one crew
Demolition, plumbing, waterproofing, tile and glass are done by our own people on a dated schedule. We protect the route through your house and clean up each day.
4
Final walk-through
We go through the finished room with you, fix anything on the list that day and show you how to care for the tile and glass.
What we hold to
Three habits on every bathroom
The parts of the job you never see decide how the room looks in ten years.
Water goes down the drain
Every shower floor is sloped, sealed and tested before tile goes on. It is the hidden part of the job and the part that decides how the room ages.
No hand-offs
The same crew works your bathroom from demolition to the glass door. Fewer strangers in the house, fewer gaps in the schedule.
Built for Dallas ranch houses
We know the small hall baths, slab floors and cramped primary stalls of 1960s and 70s homes, and we plan around what usually turns up when the old tile comes out.

Questions
Asked on the first call
Not answered here? Call the shop and ask. (214) 667-5275
How long will my bathroom be out of use?
A tub-to-shower rebuild is often a couple of weeks on site. A full primary bath taken to the studs takes longer, usually several weeks. You get a dated schedule before we start, and we tell you right away if anything shifts it.
Can you turn a tub into a walk-in shower?
Yes, and it is one of the most common jobs we do in 1960s and 70s homes. We remove the tub, rebuild the floor with a proper slope and drain, waterproof the walls and set tile and glass. Many hall baths can take a full-size shower once the tub is gone.
What if we only have one bathroom?
We plan the order of work to keep the time without a working bath as short as we can. We will talk through options on the first visit, including which days the toilet and shower are out of service.
Do you do more than showers and baths?
Yes. The same crew builds kitchens, whole-home remodels, additions, garage conversions and outdoor living. Many customers start with the bathroom and call us back for the kitchen or the floors later.
Which areas do you serve?
Our shop is at 10840 Switzer Ave in Lake Highlands. We work in Lochwood, Merriman Park, Highland Meadows, Richardson, Garland and Mesquite, and most jobs are a short drive away.
Do you help with tile and fixture choices?
Yes. You get a drawn layout, a fixture list and tile samples to approve before anything is ordered. We steer you to materials that hold up in a wet room and still look good.
